Comic Contest

Hey Chobots,
It's been a while since the team has hosted a comic contest, hasn't it? I need a good laugh now and then, so now is the perfect time to have one.

You can make your comic about anything you can imagine as long as it's appropriate. It can be a crazy adventure, a wild chase, and anything in between. However - there's one catch. Somewhere in your comic, you must include this image:

Notice anything familiar about this camel? That's right, it's in the one month citizenship package!

Feel free to re-size this image to fit your comic. The deadline is the 13th of January, so you have that long to create your story! Of course, winners will receive great prizes.

January Journalist Submissions

Hey Chobots!
Every new month brings in a fresh round of Journalists! This program allows great bloggers to showcase their amazing blogs and the posts they create.
Welcome to the first journalists cycle of 2014! Here are the requirements for submitting your blog:

• Your blog should be at least one month old and updated weekly.
• The posts you write should be creative and original. You may not copy from the main blog or any other website.
• Images found on the main blog may be reused in your posts.
• At least one active blogger and no more than four authors.

Of course, journalists are rewarded with great perks, such as:

• Your blog will be featured on the play page
• A journalists badge on your playercard with the title of your blog, along with an exclusive playercard.
• At the beginning of each month, each member of your blog will receive one free week of citizenship (if your blog has more than four authors, the whole group will not receive citizenship)
• Automatically receive the feather item.
• You will be invited to write a post on the Official Blog.
• The ability to contact a moderator via PC, even if their playercard is blocked.
• Your blog will be bookmarked by moderators
• Your website will be featured on the Official Blog
• A purple nametag to distinguish yourself as a journalist.

Submissions will be open until the 10th of January for your opportunity to become a journalist. Make sure to use this format when submitting your blog in the form of a comment on the Official Blog:

After submissions close, the team will review all the blogs and pick the best ones for journalism.

The Forums Are Back!

After a long break from the Forums, the developers have finally gotten it up and running to its full potential again!

You can find some fantastic new features, including updated and innovated suggestions from past users. Be patient, as we are still squashing some bugs, but in the meantime enjoy the Forums.

Oh, okay

LOL you guys.

I walk into Cafe Street moments ago, and I saw this:

What a gathering we have, and such insightful usernames! Let's take a look at what I'm talking about, with usernames:

• Iwannaeatjulia (i think there's a law somewhere saying you can't do that...)
• Juliaeatschildre(n) 
• Juliastackscups (what?)
• Juliaisntanangel 
• Eatjulia (like i said with the first one)
• Wowjuliasmells (um, k. way to go on the subtle factor there lol.)

And the list continues, with lots more random usernames, all about Julia, one of our leading moderators. Personally, I have no problem with her--in fact, she's one of my favorite mods. But whoever this person/people is who don't like her sure get a kick out of spamming accounts like this. And a few of them were funny, then some others weren't quite as nice. But that's just me.

Sorry for no post in a while! I pretty much became discouraged about this blog once my friends who helped keep the blog up and running quit the game (or got IP banned :$). But, me and vasa12345 are currently working on bringing it back up to its former glory! :)

New Agents! :O + Sweet Battle Results!

Ayy guys! Camera here with some exciting news!

And now on another note, some contest results have been posted...

I dont usually post pics off the blog on here, but this one is hilarious. JIMPICKENSSSS

Sweetz (mah main qurl) blazed through this contest with a first place time, gaining a 1st place medal, 5k bugs, and 5 days of citizenship.

Godlight (this is like the 4th contest he's won this month woah dude!) got 2nd place, getting a 2nd place medal, 4k bugs, and 4 days of citizenship.

And finally, Epiceagle2714 finished in 3rd, winning themselves a 3rd place medal, 3k, and 3 days of citizenship.
